

The Argentine singer and composer known as Piero was born in Italy. They have moved to Argentina when they only have three years of age who settle in Banfield. Together with his family, they have spent three hard years in the province of Buenos Aires, until they decide to move to the south of the country, specifically to the Rio Negro Valley. There Piero attends primary school and also starts in music, at first the musician sang in Italian melodic songs of internationally known singers and traditional ballads. Until in one of his adolescent ideals he obtains the permission of his parents to go with a companion to Viedma with the intention of attending high school there, which he insistently gets. At the end of 1963, at the age of 18, Piero left the seminary career and moved back to the province of Buenos Aires, where he managed to record some tapes and presented them to a television producer. This immediately leads him to his debut as a singer on January 6, 1964, in the program "Remates Musicales". When he arrived in 1968, he met José Tcherkaski with whom he still works on the composition of his songs, forming the duo Piero-José, with which they have produced hits throughout America and Europe, as was the first LP called "Mi Old". In 1976, the musician for political reasons must move to Italy and then to Spain, where he manages to buy "El Molino" and a small farm, and then returns to Argentina in 1981. In this same year he arrives at the music market his fourth album called "Calor Humano", which has its recording at the Teatro Fénix. This album is promoted throughout the country, and it is on this promotional tour that Piero buys a field in Los Cardales and right there he creates his own foundation called "Buenas Ondas", which he now supports with projects related to childhood. With this compromising project, the singer moves away from the stage. When the year 2000 arrived, after twelve years away from presentations, he resumed his job as singer-songwriter and the following year he presented "Canciones Blindadas, his new album that consists of a compilation of new and old versions. In the following years, Piero has been busy with several tours of countries in America.
